Template sets by campaign
Each set is written for a specific kind of storage and a specific audience, rather than one generic card adapted to everything.
Space for what won't fit.
Climate-controlled and drive-up units, minutes from home.
Pleasant Lake Self Storage
Route 12 at Mill Street
yourfacility.example · (555) 010-0100
General self storage
Everyday unit availability for nearby households. The broadest audience, so the card leans on a specific unit size and proximity.
Get the driveway back.
Covered and open spaces sized for trailers, boats and motorhomes.
Lakeside RV & Boat Storage
Harbor Road, north of the marina
yourfacility.example · (555) 010-0100
RV & boat storage
Oversized vehicle spaces. Narrow audience, concrete problem — the driveway, the HOA letter, the street parking rule.
Inventory room, without the lease.
Month-to-month space for stock, tools, files and equipment.
Commerce Park Storage
Industrial Drive at Route 9
yourfacility.example · (555) 010-0100
Business storage
Inventory, equipment, tools and files for local businesses. Compares against a commercial lease, not a garage.
Welcome to the area.
Short-term storage while you settle in, five minutes from your street.
Maple Street Storage
Maple at 3rd
yourfacility.example · (555) 010-0100
New mover & moving
Households arriving in or moving within your area, reached close to the moment space is needed.
Example layouts shown with illustrative sample copy. Live campaigns use your facility name, offer and contact details.

Good to know
- No design charge either way — templates and uploads cost the same.
- Leave room for the address area; the platform will guide placement.
- Supply print-quality artwork so the piece reproduces cleanly.
- Check that any QR code on your design points somewhere current.
Questions
Template questions
What can I customize on a template?
Facility name, logo, phone number, website, offer, unit type, location and call to action. The layout and typography stay intact so the card remains readable at a glance.
Are templates included in the price?
Yes. Standard self storage templates are included in the $1 per mailed postcard price. There is no separate design charge for using one.
Can I upload my own design instead?
Yes. If you have finished artwork you are happy with, upload it and use Fill By Mail for the audience, printing and mailing. You are not required to use our templates.
Can I use a template for more than one campaign?
Yes, and you should — but customize each version to its audience. The same layout carrying an RV message and a climate-controlled message are two different cards, and they should go to two different lists.
Do templates include a QR code?
Templates are built with space for a QR code and a phone number, because those are the two response paths that matter most on a storage card. Point the code at the page that matches the campaign rather than at your homepage.
What size are the postcards?
Fill By Mail mails large postcards. A larger format gives the headline room to read from arm's length and leaves space for a response path that is genuinely easy to use.
